        WHAT FOODS TO TRY ON OUR RESTO?

        A trip to Samkara will not be complete without trying the hometown specialties and unique creations of its restaurant located at the entrance of the resort. Though mostly Filipino-inspired, Our chef will surprise you with the twists he infused in his home-cooked dishes.

        Make sure not to miss the Fresh Pako Salad, Fried Pork Kare-kare with its surprise bagoong and its Bulalo to name a few.

        Samkara Fresh Spring Roll

        A handheld salad that is filled with carrots, mango, cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce, crab stick and shrimp. Dip it on mayo or vinegar.

        Crispy Pork Platter

        Barbecued and Fried Pork plated in big chicharrones. Best serve with vinaigratte.

        One of the ultimate pork dish, crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside served with vinaigratte.

        A hearty, boldly, flavored and delicious stew made of pork, blood, vinegar and spices.

        Made with our organic fresh lettuce, mango, bacon, and parmesan cheese.

        Longganisang Lucban

        A lucban delicacy, characterized by it's use of oregano and garlicky taste. It is made with lean pork, salt, pork fat, garlic, oregano and paprika. Best served with vinegar.

        Hardinera

        Also a lucban delicacy, a meatloaf dish made with a mixture of braised pork, vegetables, pineapple and eggs. Steamed into perfection for a hearty and delicious taste.

        Pancit Habhab

        A pancit dish originated from Lucban, Quezon made with stir fried noodles, meat and vegetables. Drizzle it with vinegar before eating. Try to eat it on a banana leaf and begin to "habhab".

        Beef Bulalo

        Beef shank soup, good to have on a cold or rainy days. Composed of tender beef shank, along with cabbage, potato, and beans. Best served with fish sauce with calamansi and chili.

        Fresh Pako Salad

        This Salad is very simple, it is usually prepared with fern, onion, tomato, tuna and salted egg. It have a crisp bite, creamy and best serve with vinaigratte. Pako is rich in Vitamin A,B and C also high on antioxidant.

        Fried Pork Kare-Kare

        Made with crispy pork belly, vegetables, creamy peanut sauce. Best serve with bagoong.
